The University of New Mexico Hospitals Behavioral Health Programs is a public not-for-profit facility, providing a full spectrum of care for those citizens of Bernalillo County and surrounding counties in the academic setting.
UNMH employees approximately 250 workers covered under the CWA contract. Job titles include, Mental Health Techs, Rep. Patient Services, Medical Records Specialists, Transcriptionist, Patient Care Coordinators, Outpatient Clerks, Maintenance Specialists and Cooks. These job classifications provide the essential services that facilitate the success of UNMH Mental Health Sciences and Carrie Tingley Hospital.
UNMH Children’s Psychiatric Center provides quality psychiatric care to children and adolescents in need. Services include Addiction and Substance Abuse Programs, Continuing Care Clinics, Geriatric/Senior Care and Inpatient Services.
The Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation is an independent nonprofit organization responsible for philanthropic giving to enhance the lives of special needs children and their families.
