Urge Bingaman to Sponsor Employee Free Choice Act

All three of New Mexico’s U.S. Representatives and Senator Udall are sponsoring the Employee Free Choice Act, which would make it much easier for workers to form unions. Senator Bingaman says that he still has not decided to sponsor it. His office says he is hearing from business opponents more than from supporters. Senator Bingaman did sponsor Employee Free Choice Act last year.
