Steward Training July 2010
Location: 460 St. Michael's Drive, Suite 1001, Santa Fe
This is going to be an important training, with some agencies / bureaus operating with a 20-30% vacancy rate, tremendous pressure is on public employees. Having a skilled union advocate in your workplace is more vital than ever.
We hope for a class of 15 or more participants! Stewards are the backbone of our Local.
Please contact me at the hall ASAP if you are interested or know someone who would make a great Steward.
Take the Steward Training, understand the contract and assist your co-workers to defend their rights.
